Jumpy is the other of the two main Co-Op characters. Her design was intended to give off the springy lanky girl vibe. Her voice is a higher airy voice. You can listen to her voice clips below -


Hi, My name is Tonka! I am a toy truck and I like to go fast!

Tonka is an NPC that helps out Jumpy and Stompy progress out of the first level. Tonka's design was based off of sand truck toys. Tonka is an upbeat character that leaves and comes back to help progress the players.


Hi, My name is Perry! I am a Builder toy and I repair broken things!

Perry is a new addition character. He is a NPC that helps out Jumpy and Stompy progress out of the second level. His design was based off plastic toy people and ball jointed dolls.

RIGS

Our rigs for Jumpy and Stompy are very unique because of the way the main mechanic works of switching limbs. This means that each rig has two sets of arms and two sets of legs. For our animators, they needed to make animations for all limbs match since the combinations of limbs are vast. For gameplay, we toggle visibility on the current limbs.

UI
Here is the UI we have currently implemented. The Stars are used to tell the player this is something they can interact with. The UI for passing limbs on the right are set so they show the player which limbs they can throw and then which one they've selected to throw.

Sounds
Ambience
This the base level music ambience, we plan to do a layering effect with the music, each new limb acquired will add another layer of music on top. It will just get richer and richer throughout the game
Characters
These are short clips of how we intend to show more personality in the characters. There are many scenerios in our game where there is success and setbacks, and sound is key in keeping the player connected to the characters.
Sound Effects
Here is a small selection of our sound effects to show the mood we're aiming to create with them.
Font
The font we have been using as the logo and all over the website is called Kraash from imagex fonts. We are currently in contact with Daniel, the creator, for a license for the font.
